2. Next, flip the liner so the tip faces the inner corner of your eye and press and lift across the upper lashline.

3. Once you have your desired thickness, tilt your head back so your eyelids are taut, turn the liner so it’s facing out toward your temple again, and connect the wing tip to the liner you just drew.
